Immersed Tunnel in Santos, Brazil
To improve the connection between the Brazilian cities of Santos and Guarujá, an innovative immersed tunnel will be constructed beneath the Canal do Porto de Santos. This channel provides the main access route to the Port of Santos, one of the largest and busiest ports in South America.
MH Poly was commissioned by the client to provide specialist consultancy, design verification and support for all immersion-related aspects of the project.
